Welcome to Nura SA. By visiting us you (the customer) are gaining access to a variety of holistic health and personalised well-being services provided by Nura SA. This document outlines the terms and conditions associated with your participation in Nura’s screening services program and health and wellness related offerings. Please note that Nura SA provides the products and services and is responsible for managing the platform through which these products and services are made available. By visiting us and/or becoming a member, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you are visiting and/or joining on behalf of another individual, you confirm that you have the necessary authority and that the individual is aware of and agrees to these terms.

In accordance with ECTA, this electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This includes personalizing your experience, processing payments, and providing health-related products and services that align with your needs. – We use your information to deliver and enhance the Nura screening and health and wellness services and where applicable through the Nura SA platform, to respond to your inquiries, and to offer customer support. – Your information may be used for marketing purposes to deliver a more tailored experience and relevant offers related to Nura SA, and our partners. – We use your information for billing purposes and, where applicable, for processing insurance claims associated with Nura services. – Your information may be used to personalize your experience, including offering tailored content and recommendations based on your participation and/or membership with Nura SA. – We analyze user behavior to improve our services, resolve issues, and optimize performance. – We may use your information to comply with legal, statutory, and regulatory obligations.
– We use your information to help create personalized proposals and plans tailored to your specific needs. – By joining Nura SA and when utilizing the platform provided by Nura SA, you agree to the use of your information in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Information Sharing: – We may share your information with designated Nura SA employees, affiliates, business partners, subsidiaries, service providers, and trusted third-party research and healthcare providers to help us deliver and improve the services available to you via the Nura SA platform. – The information shared will be used solely to provide the services you have agreed to and to coordinate your journey with Nura SA. – Nura SA, as the service and platform provider, may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from government and regulatory authorities.
Your Choices: – You can review, alter, delete, and update your account information by written request to Nura SA or, where applicable, by logging into your account settings on the Nura SA platform. – You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails by following the instructions in the emails, by written communication with Nura SA or, where applicable, by adjusting your communication preferences in your online account settings.
Confidentiality, Privacy & Data Protection: – Nura SA, its employees, any third-party healthcare providers and research partners, organisations, community stakeholders, or service providers that Nura SA enlists, are required to maintain strict confidentiality of your personal and health information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Access to your personal and health information will be limited to authorised personnel involved in delivering services to you or as required by law. – Nura SA, its employees, and any third-party healthcare providers and research partners, organisations, community stakeholders, or service providers working with Nura SA are required to take measures to protect your personal and health information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nura SA adheres to strict regulations to ensure the security of your personal and health data. – Nura SA will only process and retain personal and health information that is adequate, relevant, and not excessive for the purpose for which it was collected. – Nura SA, its employees, the third-party healthcare providers and research partners, organisations, and service providers involved will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. – Nura SA shall retain personal information for a period of five years unless directed otherwise in writing by you. – Nura SA does not accept liability for unintentional disclosure. Additionally, individuals with access to your computer, phone, or other devices may be able to access the Nura SA services and information.
Use by Minors:
– Nura SA screening and health and wellness services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. Any information you provide on behalf of your minor child will be treated in accordance with these terms and privacy policies.

Our team will assess the specific circumstances surrounding the request, including the terms and conditions associated with the particular service or offering. We aim to address each request fairly and promptly, while ensuring that all policies are adhered to. Disclaimers on Services and Products Included in Nura SA Offerings – Nura SA screenings and health and wellness services are designed to meet your health and wellness needs; however, certain services and products included in our offerings may have specific safety and health precautions that must be followed. It is crucial to adhere to guidelines regarding redemption frequencies, validity periods, and any other conditions that may apply to the specific products or services. Additionally, some products may be non- transferable, meaning they cannot be shared, assigned, or exchanged with others. – By participating in Nura SA screening and health and wellness services, you acknowledge the importance of following these guidelines to ensure both the safety and effectiveness of the products and services provided.
Nura SA Affiliated Business Units and Strategic Partnerships – Nura SA is proud to collaborate with a diverse range of business units and partners, each contributing unique expertise and services to enhance the overall experience and value of your participation and our various membership offerings. These partners, include but are not limited to, Medical Practitioners, Inuversal Wellcare, Inuversal Wellness Institutes, Scinmed, and the International Foundation for Integrative Medical Research (IFIMR), who share our commitment to improving holistic health and well-being through innovative solutions and personalized care. – You may request a list of Nura SA business units and partners, each contributing unique expertise and services to enhance the overall experience and value of your participation and membership with Nura SA and its service offerings.
Services and Assumption of Risk Nura SA agrees to provide screening and health and wellness services to you (the customer). You acknowledge that your participation, participating in screening and health and wellness activities, involves inherent risks and you assume all responsibility for your own well-being. You agree to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activity or making any significant changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Limitation of Liability – Nura SA and its partners, employees, agents, or contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation, screening and health and wellness services provided, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses. – Nura SA liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the specific screening and health and wellness services provided that gave rise to the claim.
Release and Indemnity – You release Nura SA and its directors, employees, agents, consultants, service providers, practitioners, partners or contractors as well as Nura SA Subsidiaries and Group and their directors, employees, agents, consultants and service providers from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your participation, screening and health and wellness services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. – You agree to indemnify and hold Nura SA, its Subsidiaries and Group and their directors, employees, agents, consultants, service providers, practitioners, partners or contractors harmless from and against any losses, injury, death, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) incurred as a result of your participation and/or membership in the screening and health and wellness services and/or any breach of this Agreement.
Compliance with Laws – Both Nura SA and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in relation to your participation, screening and health and wellness services provided. Conclusion and Acknowledgment – Nura SA is committed to safeguarding your personal and health information. – Nura SA takes the necessary steps to ensure that your data is protected and handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and health legislation. – By joining Nura SA, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal and health-related data as described in this policy, and you agree to the terms outlined in these conditions.
Participation Consent I hereby give my consent to participate in the Nura SA screening and health and wellness services offered by Nura SA, which is designed to screen and promote health and wellbeing to my individual needs. I understand that my participation in the Nura SA screening and health and wellness services may involve a detailed health assessment, including medical history, lifestyle factors, and physical examination. I understand that my participation in the Nura SA screening and health and wellness services is voluntary, and I have the right to refuse or withdraw my consent at any time, provided that said refusal or withdrawal is conveyed to Nura SA in writing with 2 (two) weeks’ notice. I also understand that my participation in the screening and health and wellness services is confidential, and my personal and health information will be protected in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. I understand that prices for services rendered under the Nura SA screening and health and wellness services are subject to change.
